What detergents do you use?

What's the difference between drycleaning and laundry?
Dry cleaning uses special solvents to clean delicate fabrics like wool and silk, while laundry involves washing clothes with water and detergent. Dry cleaning is ideal for items that can’t be washed with water, such as suits and dresses, while laundry is perfect for everyday clothing like t-shirts and jeans. The main difference is that dry cleaning is gentler on delicate fabrics, while laundry is more suitable for durable fabrics that can withstand water. Drycleaning items are pressed and finished and priced by the item and typically take 3-4 days for processing, laundry is priced by the bag size.
Do you launder and press?
Yes, as long as you separate these items in your bag we can put them through the pressing process. This does take an additional couple days, and is priced by the item.
Do you provide hanging service?
Yes, simply let us know what items you would like to be hung.
Do you offer stain removal?
Yes, please mark the items that need special attention and we will spend extra time working out the stain. It is always helpful if you provide us with the type of stain it is, i.e grass, wine, marker, etc.
Do you offer alterations, mending, and repairs?
While it is not our core business, we do have partners that we use and trust for our customers items.
